Supply Chain Process Manager
Job Description
Evolve the end-to-end Supply Chain process architecture (Tier 1–4) aligning with business outcomes and transformation priorities. Convert strategic objectives like growth and cost reduction into actionable process designs and operating models. Define clear business rules, decision logic, and controls to enable orchestration and automation. Lead business process design for enterprise workflow and BPM platforms. Partner with Supply Chain, IT, and architecture teams to implement business intent accurately. Establish and monitor process performance metrics to drive prioritization, continuous improvement, and value realization. Facilitate a shift from functional silos to end-to-end process ownership across the Supply Chain.
Qualifications
1. Possess 5-8+ years of experience in process management, business process transformation, operational excellence, or digital enablement. 2. Demonstrate hands-on experience with BPM, workflow, or orchestration platforms (Pega strongly preferred; Appian, ServiceNow, Camunda, or equivalent). 3. Exhibit a proven ability to translate business strategy and operational objectives into executable process designs. 4. Have experience partnering closely with IT and technology teams on digital implementations. 5. Display strong end-to-end process design skills with the ability to operate beyond functional silos. 6. Articulate business rules, decision logic, and workflows clearly. 7. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
