Supply Chain Planning – IBP, Kinaxis

Job Description

Join Infosys Consulting and lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in dynamic, client-focused international projects, enjoying significant autonomy and guidance. As a functional and solution expert, you will proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities include planning, conceiving, and implementing complex Supply Chain Management (SCM) transformation projects throughout their entire lifecycle. Contribute to business development, from initial requests for information to proposal submissions and presentations. Actively participate in practice development, including supporting service offerings, training, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation programs as a Functional lead, Solution Architect, or SME (or equivalent role on the industry side). 2. Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning, covering areas such as Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and SC Control Tower. 3. Proven work experience in leading IT consulting companies. 4. Expertise in at least one leading supply chain planning tool, with emphasis on SAP IBP or Kinaxis. 5. Software vendor experience (SAP and/or Kinaxis) is advantageous. 6. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling. 7. Experience in planning, designing, and implementing complex SCM transformation projects across the entire project lifecycle. 8. Proven ability to evaluate existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP IBP or Kinaxis. 9. Experience in leading the implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards. 10. Industry experience in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science preferred. 11. Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second language (e.g., German, French) is desirable. 12. Broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. 13. Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences. 14. Project-related mobility and willingness to travel. 15. Certification in SAP IBP or Kinaxis is a plus. 16. Familiarity with other supply chain management software.
