Job Description

Take charge of a range of initiatives focused on processes and workflows, ensuring they align seamlessly with the strategic roadmap for Supply Chain transformation. Develop comprehensive program plans that integrate scope, sequencing, dependencies, key milestones, and resource allocation across diverse workstreams. Anticipate and effectively manage interdependencies spanning process design, workflow implementation, data activation, IT delivery, and change adoption. Offer transparent, high-level insights into progress, potential risks, necessary trade-offs, and critical decision points for senior leadership. Accelerate execution while preserving consistency by carefully balancing delivery speed, architectural integrity, and adoption capabilities. Monitor and report on value realization, connecting progress with operational results like reduced cycle times and enhanced automation. Reinforce discipline and predictability in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5–8+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, cross-functional settings. 2. Have experience in supporting initiatives related to process transformation, digital transformation, or operational excellence. 3. Demonstrate expertise in managing programs with multiple workstreams, integrating business process changes with technology implementations. 4. Exhibit strong skills in program planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation at a portfolio level. 5. Demonstrate the ability to function effectively in ambiguous situations with shifting priorities, while maintaining discipline in execution. 6. Showcase stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, including preparation of executive-level status reports. 7. Have a structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach, with close attention to detail and overall program impact. 8. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
