Job Description
Take charge of defining, deploying, and expertly managing project management processes and support tools. Oversee project operations and program support, ensuring standardization, rigorous quality management, and meticulous document control. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of methodologies, drive process improvements, and optimize the tools used for project management. Operate with significant autonomy while adhering to established guidelines and focusing on delivering high-quality results. There may be opportunities to lead smaller projects that present low risks and have manageable resource requirements.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in operations, planning, sourcing, or inventory management. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, planning, sourcing, or inventory management. 3. Proven ability to analyze supply versus demand, capacity, lead times, and inventory data, swiftly identifying trends, gaps, and potential risks. 4. Exceptional skills in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas, with the ability to work with large datasets from various sources. 5. Solid understanding of data pipelines, source systems, and data quality concepts.
