Job Description

Seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to enhance procurement processes for a leading solar service company. This role involves supporting vendor relationships, contract management, and driving cost reduction strategies. Key responsibilities include: 1. Assisting the Procurement team in managing and analyzing RFPs. 2. Supporting vendor discussions and negotiations. 3. Managing the contract execution process and maintaining a secure contract database. 4. Collaborating on cost estimates for various projects. 5. Managing and interpreting large datasets using Google Sheets and Excel. 6. Experimenting with AI tools for data mining and process automation. 7. Aiding in the development and execution of cost reduction projects.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Supply Chain Analyst, you will need: 1. 1-3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. 2. A Bachelor's degree. 3. Proficiency with G Suite tools (Drive, Sheets, Gmail). 4. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 5. Familiarity with CRM applications like Salesforce. 6. Knowledge of AI applications (Gemini, ChatGPT) for data handling.
