Supervisor – Supply Chain Operations

Job Description

Take charge of supply chain operations, collaborating with 3PL partners, web carriers, and the distribution center. Serve as the primary contact for supply chain activities, focusing on transport and DC coordination. Manage performance evaluations, providing guidance and career development opportunities for team members. Facilitate communication to achieve service standards. Oversee scheduling, inventory, warehouse functions, vendor relations, customer issue resolution, and backorder management. Coordinate project activities across internal teams and DCs. Update performance metrics and improve internal processes.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation Management. 2. 3-5 years of general logistics experience. 3. 2+ years of supervisory experience. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
