Job Description

As a Success Coach, you'll be pivotal in guiding students toward their academic aspirations. This role involves providing comprehensive support to students leveraging their employer's tuition assistance benefits, ensuring a seamless and supported educational journey. You'll team up with program advisors to facilitate a smooth transition into educational programs, helping students define and achieve their academic milestones. Your expertise will extend to navigating academic hurdles, connecting students with vital resources, and closely tracking their progress, offering constructive feedback and celebrating successes. Additionally, you'll create and conduct workshops and provide tools focused on academic achievement, effective study techniques, and proficient time management.

Qualifications

1. Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in higher education advising or academic coaching. 2. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. 3. Demonstrated ability to effectively guide and support individuals in achieving their educational objectives. 4. Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 5. A master’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred. 6. Should be familiar with typical academic challenges and effective solutions. 7. Knowledge of student support services and resources at various educational institutions is essential. 8. Data analysis and reporting skills are necessary to monitor student progress and assess the effectiveness of coaching.
