Job Description
Become a Marketing Subject Matter Expert, contributing marketing insights to AI model training, emphasizing comprehension of terminology, workflows, and rationale. Duties include managing, annotating, and confirming marketing datasets such as ad copy, KPIs, and customer demographics. Develop realistic marketing scenarios like campaigns, A/B testing, and strategies across multiple channels. Integrate complete marketing processes into structured formats compatible with AI. Specify critical decision-making junctures, metrics, and interdependencies within marketing activities. Assess AI results for relevance, ingenuity, tone, and adherence to brand guidelines. Provide organized feedback and establish assessment standards to enhance model effectiveness. Engage with product and machine learning teams to create AI-driven marketing solutions and innovations.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in the German language is essential. 2. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3. Possess 7–12 years of practical marketing experience, including campaign strategy and execution across digital, social, performance, and/or brand marketing. 4. Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketo. 5. Experience with analytics and measurement workflows using Google Analytics, Looker, and Power BI. 6. Knowledge of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and content strategy. 7. Understanding of media planning, A/B testing, and ROI optimization. 8. Demonstrated ability to translate marketing challenges into structured data or process documentation. 9. Excellent communication and documentation skills to clearly convey domain logic to technical teams. 10. Experience in cross-functional collaboration with data science, product, or engineering teams.
