Job Description

As a Marketing Subject Matter Expert, you will: - Share your marketing expertise to improve AI training, ensuring a clear understanding of industry terms, workflows, and reasoning. - Collect, label, and verify marketing datasets, including ad copy, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer segments. - Create realistic marketing scenarios, such as campaigns, A/B tests, and multi-channel strategies. - Convert complex marketing workflows into easy-to-understand, AI-friendly formats. - Pinpoint crucial decision-making points, metrics, and dependencies in marketing processes. - Assess AI-generated content for its relevance, creativity, tone, and consistency with brand guidelines. - Provide structured feedback and set evaluation standards to enhance AI model performance. - Work with product and machine learning teams to develop innovative AI-powered marketing solutions.

Qualifications

1. Advanced proficiency in Arabic. 2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3. 7–12 years of hands-on marketing experience, including: Campaign strategy and execution across digital, social, performance, and brand marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketo. Proficiency in analytics and measurement tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and Power BI. Expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and content strategy. Experience with media planning, A/B testing, and ROI optimization. 4. Proven ability to transform real-world marketing challenges into structured data or process documentation. 5. Excellent communication and documentation abilities to clearly explain marketing concepts to technical teams. 6. Experience working with data science, product, or engineering teams.
