Job Description

Assist in the collection of a novel database and algorithmic use of this data. Develop a novel algorithm in the context of machine learning. Implement a conceptual data model for the representation of semantic relationships and the promotion of interoperable structures.

Qualifications

1. Independence, enthusiasm, and motivation in learning and handling new research approaches. 2. Interest in the topics of digitization in the production environment (OPC UA, MQTT, NodeRED, databases). 3. Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python or C++) is helpful. 4. Frontend-Devs (HTML, JavaScript etc.) are also welcome. 5. Interest and experience in the field of Machine Learning, as well as ontologies (such as the BFO standard or the IOF reference) are an advantage, but not an exclusion criterion. 6. Openness to interdisciplinary problems and a focused way of working. 7. Fluent knowledge of German is an advantage, but not an exclusion criterion.
