Job Description

Navitas is seeking a Student Recruitment Officer to support the Regional Manager in South Asia. The successful candidate will execute student recruitment strategies, drive growth in the India market, and serve as Robert Gordon University's primary representative at in-country events. Key responsibilities include agent training, promotional events, managing student inquiries, and providing detailed market insights. The role also involves building relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions to enhance recruitment efforts and ensure seamless delivery of administrative support.

Qualifications

1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a solid academic background. 2. Demonstrate a history of exceptional sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. 3. Have experience in student recruitment, adult education, with a strong understanding of the India market. 4. Possess strong numerical aptitude combined with analytical and critical thinking skills. 5. Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in business-level English. 6. Be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines. 7. Be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends to support recruitment activities.
