Qualifications
1. Fluency in both German and English (C1+ level proficiency). 2. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 3. Empathetic with the ability to inspire candidates about opportunities. 4. Comfortable with phone interactions; prior sales experience is advantageous. 5. Detail-oriented, particularly in data entry and documentation. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Pipedrive. 7. Open to adopting new technical tools and systems. 8. Adept at establishing and maintaining relationships with public institutions. 9. Willing to represent StartSteps at various information events.
