Strategic Program Manager
Job Description
Deliver consistent results on monthly and quarterly sales and inventory targets. Embody and articulate Velocity's ethos, principles, and offerings. Provide prompt and dependable solutions to address customer requirements. Keep meticulous records of all sales-related information, encompassing contracts, quotes, rebates, and customer interactions. Ensure rigorous program oversight of all VMI customer agreements. Monitor open order reports on a daily basis to guarantee timely deliveries. Maintain suitable and pre-approved inventory quantities and oversee aged stock. Address and manage customer issues, involving Velocity staff as necessary. Pinpoint and fulfill shortage needs. Cultivate and sustain relationships with designated suppliers.
Qualifications
1. Hold a 4-year college degree in a sales-related discipline. 2. Possess 5-8+ years of sales experience and/or proficiency in sales program management. 3. Exhibit proven expertise in sourcing, account management, and CRM systems. 4. Demonstrate substantial knowledge of products.
