Strategic Partnerships Manager – Salesforce Ecosystem
Job Description
Manage and cultivate relationships with key regional systems integrators, fostering a growth environment for Gearset through partner-led initiatives. Provide regional systems integrators with comprehensive education, resources, and support to effectively promote and sell Gearset’s offerings to their clientele. Collaborate with internal Gearset teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesion and support for regional systems integrators. Work together with partners on joint go-to-market activities, events, and campaigns, driving leads from regional system integrators to create opportunities.
Qualifications
1. Demonstrated ability to excel in a customer-facing role within alliances, sales, account management, or technical implementation, preferably with a SaaS company in the Salesforce ecosystem. 2. Proven experience in developing successful partnerships within the Salesforce System Integrator ecosystem, specifically with Regional SIs. 3. Possess established relationships within regional systems integrators. 4. Ability to identify key stakeholders within organizations and build mutually beneficial, long-lasting relationships. 5. Demonstrate commercial acumen, driving value through curiosity, consultation, and insightful questioning. 6. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging at the executive level and delivering significant outcomes. 7. Willingness to travel across North America and Europe as required.
