Strategic Partnerships Development Manager
Job Description
We're seeking a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to shape Waymo's partnerships. This role involves: * Identifying, drafting, negotiating, and implementing effective partner agreements to minimize financial and business risk. * Building relationships with strategic partners and leading the RFX process for expanding services to new markets. * Developing and executing strategic plans to deepen Waymo’s strategic partnerships to support business objectives. * Building and maintaining comprehensive partnership plans that support Waymo’s business objectives. * Nurturing business relationships at the executive level of strategic partners to enable smooth negotiations. * Establishing best practices and developing internal systems to facilitate Waymo’s work with strategic ops partners across teams.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1. 5+ years of experience in partner management, partner development, or account management. 2. Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders with service providers. 3. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment. 4. Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to influence at all levels. 5. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and implement key activities. 6. Excellent communication and superior analytical skills, meticulous in following-up, able to deliver results under pressure, and keen presentation skills.
