Job Description

Join insightsoftware as a Strategic HR Business Partner, serving as a trusted advisor to ELT and senior leaders. This role involves proactively identifying organizational and talent needs, supporting executive onboarding, participating in leadership meetings, and partnering on organizational design and workforce planning. You will also lead succession planning, drive performance management, support organizational change, and ensure effective communication across all levels. Qualifications

1. 8+ years of progressive HR experience. 2. 3+ years in a senior HRBP or HR Director role. 3. Experience partnering directly with C-suite or senior executive leaders. 4. Background in technology, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced environments preferred. 5. Experience supporting executive onboarding and integration is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree desired; SHRM-SCP / S/PHR certification a plus.
