Join a high-performing consultancy as a Strategic Growth Manager and drive revenue. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to deal closure. Take ownership of speaking engagements from start to finish. Cultivate leads and develop a robust pipeline. Efficiently manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and maintain a clean CRM system. Customize the discovery call process. Supervise a full-time Sales Coordinator from the outset.

Qualifications

1. Requires 5-8 years in marketing strategy, B2B consulting, or agency-side business development. 2. Must have a deep understanding of how mid-market B2B businesses achieve growth through marketing. 3. Comfortable presenting to and building relationships with founders and CEOs. 4. Possess strong written communication skills. 5. Must be tech-savvy. 6. AI proficient.
