Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Finance and Operations Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards, coordinate internal and external audits, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, provide accounting support to internal stakeholders, and facilitate cross-departmental financial collaboration in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2. 5+ years of experience in accounting, with supervisory responsibility 3. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and modern accounting software 4. Ability to deliver high-quality results within tight timeframes 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 6. Fluency in English (written and verbal)
