Job Description

The Strategic Client Partner will: - Leverage existing executive relationships to schedule meetings with senior business and tech leaders in target accounts. - Identify and prioritize strategic accounts within a region, industry, or network. - Develop account strategies to broaden Gradera's reach across stakeholders. - Position Gradera's Software-Orchestrated Services™, advisory, and solutions to align with enterprise goals. - Collaborate with Gradera leadership to shape account strategy and opportunity plans. - Surface opportunities related to AI readiness, orchestration, operational efficiency, and data modernization. - Create opportunities for workshops, value discovery, and pilot engagements. - Support whitespace analysis and deal progression. - Maintain accurate account intelligence in CRM systems. - Represent Gradera at executive meetings and industry events. - Establish long-term relationships for broader enterprise transformation programs.

Qualifications

1. 15+ years in enterprise sales, client partner roles, or strategic account management. 2. Strong relationships with senior leaders in target enterprises or markets. 3. Proven ability to secure executive meetings and build credibility. 4. Experience selling digital transformation, AI services, or complex solutions. 5. Strong executive presence to engage with C-level stakeholders. 6. Experience collaborating with pre-sales, architecture, and leadership teams. 7. Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. 8. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 9. Self-directed with the ability to contribute to a collaborative environment.
