Job Description

Drive expansion by promoting product upgrades and new offerings, expanding product utilization, and boosting overall referrals within established key accounts. Maintain robust customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for critical accounts to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. Lead strategic meetings with customer stakeholders at the director level or higher. Keep Salesforce records accurate and complete, and adhere to all operational guidelines. Team up across departments to support coaching initiatives, professional growth, and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2. 5+ years of sales experience within the healthcare sector, focusing on clinical or tech solutions for providers. 3. In-depth subject matter knowledge of product offerings and current market trends. 4. Excellent analytical capabilities, including measuring, reporting, and creating ROI-focused narratives. 5. Ability to travel a minimum of 20%.
