Job Description

We're seeking a Strategic Account Manager to deliver effective solutions to our valued customers. As a central point of contact, you'll manage Invivyd's resources for diverse clients, including healthcare providers, organizations, Centers of Excellence, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), VA Centers, reimbursement specialists, and practice administrators. Your collaborative approach will ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. Your responsibilities will include: * Facilitating clinical discussions that motivate customers to prioritize their patients. * Engaging the entire account to address any barriers and offer suitable solutions. * Identifying shared goals to develop a strategic territory business plan that increases product demand by fulfilling the needs of partners and patients, resulting in outstanding outcomes. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams on territory strategy to maximize internal/external insights on accessing products and services. * Gathering customer and market data to apply appropriate channels for successful engagements. * Using a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts, maximizing impact aligned with the strategic plan.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. 2. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the biopharma industry. 3. To reside within the assigned territory. 4. The ability to travel up to 100% within your geography, including driving and flying. 5. A requirement to be in the field five days a week, conducting visits and completing administrative tasks. 6. A proven history of consistent high performance and expertise in selling to large accounts and customer segments. 7. Strong communication skills to provide compliant clinical product information. 8. Experience in a matrixed environment with exposure to reimbursement, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels. 9. A solid understanding of laws, regulations, and industry codes (e.g., PhRMA Code) governing interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations. 10. Knowledge of the Veterans Affairs (VA) system within the territory and associated rules and regulations. 11. Results-oriented with excellent time management skills. 12. Broad knowledge of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling medical benefit products. 13. Experience working with various specialties, including Hem/Onc, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, Veterans Affairs, immunology, account management strategy, and new product launches. 14. Demonstrated effective time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 15. A winning attitude and a track record of exceeding quotas and winning awards.
