Job Description

Join Omnissa as a Strategic Account Executive, focusing on the healthcare sector. You will manage high-value accounts, cultivate C-level relationships, and promote our SaaS portfolio, which includes Workspace ONE and Horizon. Utilize a consultative approach to secure new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include expertly negotiating deals, strategic account planning, pipeline management via Salesforce, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer success, marketing, and partner teams. Stay updated on End User Computing trends to effectively position our solutions. Participate actively in industry events to increase our market influence.

Qualifications

1. 5-10 years of experience in SaaS enterprise field sales, focusing on healthcare. 2. Expertise in developing strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers in healthcare, including payers, providers, and life science companies. 3. Skilled in territory planning and pipeline management. 4. History of quota over-achievement. 5. Proven success in upselling and maximizing customer lifetime value. 6. Strong communication and presentation skills. 7. Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools. 8. Knowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions. 9. Proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
