Staff Software Engineer – Lead Developer

Job Description

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will: - Develop and implement roadmaps for new projects independently. - Engage in discussions and planning sessions with partners and stakeholders. - Travel periodically to collaborate with and present to clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Refine complex products, identifying constraints and new opportunities. - Improve system clarity through documentation, refactoring, and automated testing. - Communicate effectively about existing systems, design decisions, and project history for client-facing communications. - Participate in technical interviews with candidates. - Present technical topics, explaining implementation complexity to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of engineering experience. 2. Relevant experience may substitute for education. 3. Expert-level capabilities in at least one major technology stack, capable of leading teams and ensuring successful delivery.
