Job Description

Define the product-led growth vision for Sales Hub and establish a portfolio-level strategy. Scale Sales Hub’s growth operating system and spearhead cross-organizational growth initiatives. Cultivate a culture of experimentation across teams and translate customer behavior into strategic product actions. Provide clarity to leadership regarding growth and scale proven product-led growth practices.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and refining product-led growth initiatives. 2. Deep understanding of activation, adoption, retention, expansion, and monetization funnels. 3. Robust analytical skills, including defining key success metrics. 4. Experience in driving rapid experimentation across various product interfaces. 5. Proven ability to influence diverse product teams without direct authority. 6. Solid product judgment concerning optimization strategies for different product domains. 7. Experience in creating repeatable growth methodologies. 8. A bias for ownership, speed, and iterative improvements. 9. Experience partnering with Product Analytics, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Success, and Operations teams. 10. Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities. 11. A history of setting high standards for product teams regarding customer impact.
