Job Description

Join our team as a Staff Infrastructure Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers our AI-driven customer interaction platform. You'll collaborate with fellow engineers to develop developer tools, ensuring seamless workflows and efficient deployment infrastructure. Your responsibilities include maintaining the reliability of multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters and pipelines, implementing comprehensive metrics, logging, analytics, and alerting systems for performance and security across all endpoints and applications. You will also be automating operation.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. 2. Strong proficiency in coding languages like Golang or Python. 3. Solid understanding of container-related security best practices. 4. Proven production experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem, including tools like cert-manager and external-dns. GPU cluster experience is a plus. 5. Experience with Kubernetes templating tools such as Helm or Kustomize. 6. Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. 7. Hands-on experience working with AWS and services like IAM, S3, EC2, and EKS. 8. Familiarity with other cloud providers like Google Cloud and Azure is advantageous. 9. Production experience with database software like PostgreSQL. 10. Experience with GitOps tooling such as Flux or Argo. 11. Experience with CI/CD practices using tools like GitHub Actions.
