Job Description

Become a Staff Data Analyst at Supabase and construct foundational data products essential for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Operations. This includes managing ARR, pipeline, account health, expansion signals, and renewal tracking. Define and document GTM metric standards to ensure organizational consistency. Develop and maintain data models powering GTM reporting and analysis. Act as the primary analytical resource for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Ops leadership, translating business questions into clear analytical specs and delivering decision-ready findings. Build self-service tools for GTM teams, connecting CRM, product usage, and billing data for a comprehensive customer view. Identify and resolve system inconsistencies using AI tools to enhance analysis and establish AI-forward workflows.

Qualifications

1. 6+ years in analytics, supporting Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Ops. 2. Experience building data models and BI layers from scratch. 3. Comfortable with CRM, product usage, and billing data. 4. Experience in a PLG or usage-based business. 5. Focus on self-service and building tools for independently capable GTM teams. 6. Able to manage both technical and strategic context. 7. AI-forward in your work, using LLMs and AI tooling. 8. Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. 9. Thrives in async, autonomous environments.
