Sourcing & Supply Analyst

Job Description

Become a Sourcing & Supply Analyst and play a vital role in optimizing Ryder's sourcing strategies. This position involves executing sourcing events, conducting spend analysis, and presenting strategic recommendations to management. You'll also design RFPs/RFQs, thoroughly review supplier proposals, and meticulously track monthly savings. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in addressing supply-related challenges and ensuring seamless operations. Stay informed on market trends and benchmark contract portfolios to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is essential. 2. A Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred. 3. You should possess at least four (4) years of experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Management. 4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. 5. Intermediate proficiency in Tableau/MS Power BI is necessary. 6. A beginner-level understanding of SQL is beneficial. 7. Intermediate understanding of sourcing processes and events is critical.
