Solutions Engineer
Job Description
Become a Solutions Engineer and collaborate with Sales Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to strategize and implement deals in complex sales cycles. This includes technical discovery, product demonstrations, and explaining features. Lead technical discussions with potential clients, understand their needs, and showcase how Virtuous can be a transformational technology partner. Assist with the technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, scope product and implementation packages, and maintain demo sandboxes. Offer personalized advice to clients on leveraging Virtuous software and fundraising strategies. Provide feedback to product development teams regarding roadmap and enhancements. Serve as a resource for questions and best practices within the nonprofit tech landscape.
Qualifications
1. 3 years of experience with nonprofit CRM products, SaaS software, and/or fundraising software. 2. Deep technical knowledge of nonprofit CRMs, fundraising and events software, APIs, querying, reporting, and best practices. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Data-driven approach to evaluation and growth.
