Solutions Engineer – Splunk

Job Description

Join our team as a Solutions Engineer, where you'll be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve long-term success with Splunk. You'll develop deep expertise in Splunk's offerings, aligning them with customer needs. Taking ownership of the technical engagement and customer experience, you'll drive Solutions Architect initiatives to expand our solutions and use cases, while operationalizing Splunk's hybrid/cloud, security, and observability solutions in the customer's environment.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in enterprise software solutions for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. 2. Experience in a SaaS delivery model. 3. Ability to create and lead a customer technical account strategy, engaging resources to deliver business outcomes. 4. Experience with public cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). 5. Ability to travel to visit prospects and customers. 6. Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity and/or observability. 7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 8. Strong presentation skills. 9. Excellent time management skills. 10. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
