Solutions Engineer
Job Description
Become a Solutions Engineer and take ownership of technical onboarding & integrations. You will plan and drive customer/partner onboarding, define integration timelines, and ensure go-live readiness for API-based setups. Offer pre-sales support to Sales & Partnerships by handling technical discovery, crafting solution designs, delivering demos, responding to RFPs/questionnaires, and building proof-of-concepts for enterprise opportunities and partners. As the integration "problem solver" during onboarding, you'll troubleshoot integration challenges, reproduce problems, suggest workarounds, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to quickly resolve any blockers. Enable and train developers & operators by running workshops and training sessions, helping customers confidently build on our APIs with best practices, examples, and clear guidance. Collaborate with our technical writer to build reusable assets, producing and maintaining reference architectures, integration playbooks, checklists, and internal enablement material to improve consistency and speed across implementations. Integrate customer feedback into the product loop by capturing structured feedback, identifying recurring pain points, and translating field insights into product and documentation enhancements.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering/architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting. 2. Solid technical experience with APIs and integrations (REST, JSON, webhooks, authentication concepts like OAuth/API keys, Postman/cURL). 3. Familiarity with a programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Java) to build lightweight prototypes, integration validation, and test workarounds with REST APIs. 4. Exceptional communication skills for demos, solution design, and technical enablement with engineers and business stakeholders. 5. High-ownership, service-oriented mindset, comfortable driving end-to-end solutions, unblocking others, and systematizing learnings into repeatable assets. 6. Experience building repeatable processes (intake, triage, enablement assets) to scale our services across many stakeholders. 7. Experience owning complex customer/partner integrations end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving timelines to completion. 8. Excellent English proficiency
