Solutions Engineer

Job Description

Join our go-to-market teams to highlight the value of Deel's platform, securing technical successes. Assist potential clients by examining their workflows and tools, pinpointing improvement areas, and suggesting forward-thinking solutions. Serve as the key technical advisor during sales, leading solution exploration, responding to RFPs, delivering platform presentations, and hosting integration workshops. Convert client needs into actionable designs and project plans, ensuring consensus on goals and strategies. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to champion prospect interests, resolve technical issues, speed up transaction times, and enhance communication. Challenge conventional methods to identify opportunities for process optimization, asset improvement, and more effective communication. Create and update technical resources, including demonstration scripts, reference guides, FAQs, and competitive analyses. As needed, provide support for partnership and marketing initiatives, such as webinars, events, content creation, and collaborative workshops. Stay informed about the latest technological developments, integration methods, security requirements, and industry best practices to maintain expertise.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant role or an equivalent customer-facing technical position. 2. Experience in supporting complex B2B sales processes, including discovery, demonstrations, security assessments, and system integrations. 3. A comprehensive understanding of SaaS product distribution and standard integration technologies such as APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance systems, and data flow management. 4. Proficiency in conducting technical discussions with stakeholders from IT, Security, Operations, Finance, HR, and executive leadership. 5. Willingness to travel within and outside of the assigned territory, with travel limited to approximately 10% or less.
