Solution Manager – Next Generation Data Center & Edge Technologies
Job Description
Become a Solution Manager and drive the strategic development of Data Center solutions, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer business operations through targeted solutions and innovations. Maintain required quality from initial customer engagement through project delivery. Collaborate with account teams to identify and develop profitable business opportunities for Computacenter, focusing on your solution portfolio.
Qualifications
1. University degree or equivalent qualification, plus extensive project and consulting experience in the data center environment. 2. At least five years of experience in consulting and presales—particularly in Data Center Orchestration & Automation, virtualization technologies, open source, and container technologies. 3. Strong ability to translate technical customer requirements into a scalable product and service portfolio composed of internal and external suppliers. 4. Excellent rhetorical and presentation skills and a confident, trustworthy presence as a solution partner in escalation and conflict management. 5. Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of personal responsibility. 6. Convincing communication skills in German and English.
