Solution Analyst

Job Description

Administer and provide support for the McLeod Software platform, covering LoadMaster and/or PowerBroker, Ancillary, and API program integration. Configure and maintain system settings related to rating, customer contracts, carrier profiles, dispatch workflows, and settlement rules. Manage order lifecycle processes from entry to settlement, including order entry, dispatch, tracking, invoicing, and driver/carrier settlement. Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and user-reported problems, coordinating with McLeod support when necessary. Lead or assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and module implementations like EDI, document imaging, and mobile/ELD integrations. Oversee EDI/API integrations with customers, carriers, and third-party platforms. Partner with operations, accounting, and customer service teams to optimize workflows and improve system utilization. Develop reporting and dashboards using McLeod tools, SQL, or BI platforms. Ensure data integrity across customers, carriers, rates, and financial transactions. Create and update SOPs, system documentation, and user training materials. Train new users and offer ongoing support to enhance system adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of TMS experience in transportation or logistics. 3. Hands-on experience with McLeod (LoadMaster) and PowerBroker. 4. Experience supporting core transportation workflows. 5. Experience troubleshooting system issues and data discrepancies. 6. Experience working with cross-functional business partners. 7. Experience creating and maintaining documentation and training materials. 8. Experience supporting system enhancements and integrations. 9. Strong understanding of transportation operations. 10. Experience with rating, dispatch, settlements, and financial workflows within McLeod. 11. Familiarity with EDI transactions and API integrations. 12. Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. 13. Strong working knowledge of McLeod Software. 14. Experience configuring and maintaining TMS elements. 15. Working knowledge of EDI/API integrations, reporting tools, Excel, SQL, and data integrity practices. 16. Experience with transportation-related integrations. 17. Ability to develop reports and analyze data using various tools. 18. Strong data analysis skills. 19. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 20. Strong attention to detail. 21.
