Qualifications

1. 5+ years of software engineering experience, owning complex projects end-to-end. 2. Strong experience in a top-tier company or project. 3. Entrepreneurial or open-source background. 4. Experience speaking at conferences or contributing to tech communities. 5. Think in terms of impact and value creation for users. 6. Not limited by specific technologies, focused on end-to-end problem-solving. 7. Quick to adopt new technologies and thrive in fast-changing environments. 8. Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to challenges. 9. Excellent communication and listening skills. 10. Humble, open to feedback, and eager to help others. 11. Take initiative and aim for excellence. 12. Fluent in English.
