Qualifications

1. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer in an agile environment. 2. Strong expertise in object-oriented Java development. 3. Demonstrated proficiency in React development. 4. Proven experience with automated testing methodologies. 5. Solid experience with evolutionary design principles. 6. Skilled in working within a CI/CD environment. 7. Ability to effectively isolate and resolve performance-related issues. 8. Knowledge of Spring application development (preferred). 9. Demonstrated proficiency in team leadership (preferred). 10. Familiarity with Extreme Programming practices and principles (preferred). 11. Practical understanding of cloud architecture and 12-factor application development (preferred). 12. Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (preferred). 13. Experience leveraging AI to accelerate project delivery while maintaining high quality standards (preferred).
