Job Description

Join Tebra as a Software Engineer III and take ownership of software subsystems throughout their entire development and support lifecycle. Contribute creative and innovative software solutions to the team, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in multiple areas. Participate actively in technical discussions, enhance quality and operational processes, and triage challenging bugs. Play a key role in enhancing healthcare practice efficiency and quality through innovative software solutions.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of software development experience. 2. Professional experience developing scalable micro-service based web applications with modern Java and the Spring framework. 3. Professional experience developing in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc). 4. Applicable knowledge in computer architecture and design, data access patterns, scalability and resiliency patterns, and object-oriented software techniques. 5. Technical Leadership with Minimal Supervision. 6. Strong analytical skills and ability to apply them in day-to-day work. 7. Use data to make technical recommendations and decisions. 8. Key contributor to technical team discussions and engineering debates. 9. Ability to accurately estimate scope on larger software projects. 10. Looks beyond current execution of tasks. 11. Proficient at debugging other engineers code. 12. Ability and credibility from team to lead. 13. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 14. Domain experience in healthcare preferred, but not required.
