Job Description

A customer-centric engineering role focused on assisting, crafting, and refining essential software. This involves executing change requests, creating comprehensive technical documentation, system blueprints, and intuitive user interfaces. Active participation in client meetings for discovery, demonstrations, and requirement gathering is expected. Collaboration with product managers is key to aligning immediate customer demands with the overarching platform strategy. Diagnose and resolve complex issues, document findings, and build scalable and secure Java-based applications, integrating new features into existing systems seamlessly. Qualifications

1. Over 5 years of experience in customer support, software engineering, or technical customer-facing positions. 2. Proven ability to troubleshoot production systems effectively. 3. Experience with Court Case Management systems is highly desirable. 4. Background in SaaS, public sector, government technology, or enterprise software is beneficial. 5. Previous experience in customer-facing engineering, professional services, or solutions engineering. 6. Experience supporting live customer environments with strict uptime demands. 7. Familiarity with SQL, Linux, and cloud-based infrastructures. 8. Competence with databases like Oracle and SQL Server, and issue tracking tools like Jira.
