Software Engineer – AI

Job Description

Shape the future of AI as a Software Engineer at VISO TRUST! We're seeking a talented individual to help define and execute the roadmap for our agentic systems and intelligence infrastructure. Collaborate directly with the team to design, prototype, and productionize innovative systems that orchestrate agents and manage knowledge, context, and intelligence gathering. Your work will directly inform our clients and drive the evolution of our B2B SaaS solution. Engage in early-stage experimentation, architecture, prototyping, workflow design, and product development, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining production-grade intelligent systems and distributed platform infrastructure. 2. Hands-on experience building AI-powered products, including LLM-based multi-agent workflows, retrieval pipelines, and knowledge-driven applications. 3. Strong knowledge of core AI concepts, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), automated evaluations, prompt engineering, and agentic reasoning frameworks. 4. Experience building scalable, high-performance data and application pipelines that support the reliable and secure execution of resource-intensive AI workflows. 5. Experience with multi-tenant system design, with a focus on implementing secure data practices and proper segmentation when building or interacting with AI workflows. 6. Understanding of RESTful APIs and real-time communication protocols, including building robust streaming pipelines (SSE) for AI-driven user experiences.
