Job Description
Join our team as a Software Consultant and spearhead technical engagements with our valued partners, guiding them through seamless migrations from legacy systems to innovative cloud-based platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting thorough migration readiness assessments, providing invaluable guidance throughout the entire migration lifecycle. You will facilitate and deliver hands-on technical support, adeptly troubleshooting and resolving issues during partner transitions. Your ability to identify, manage, and resolve technical and operational challenges will minimize disruptions and drive continuous improvement. You will also effectively communicate migration progress, operational plans, potential risks, and successful outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders. Your role involves gathering partner feedback and operational insights, collaborating with product and process teams to enhance tooling, workflows, and best practices. Deliver impactful technical training, system configuration support, and adept troubleshooting through webinars, on-site engagements, and remote sessions. You'll develop and maintain concise solution documents and user guides for migration projects, validate defects, resolve technical issues, and support custom engagements. Your organizational skills will shine as you manage multiple concurrent migration initiatives, balancing priorities while maintaining accurate project documentation.
Qualifications
1. Possess 5+ years of relevant experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise software implementation. 2. Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience. 3. Demonstrate deep knowledge of ConnectWise products, particularly RMM, Automate, and SIEM. 4. Be a recognized subject matter expert in the applicable work area. 5. Exhibit strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 6. Possess strong design documentation, presentation, and technical training skills. 7. Demonstrate the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes as required by business and partner needs. 8. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong partner relationships. 9. Be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. 10. Demonstrate strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
