Job Description

Join Bloomerang as a Social Media Manager and drive our organic social media strategy to align with marketing and business objectives. Craft engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency. Lead short-form video content creation, experiment with trends, and collaborate with the Brand Communications Marketing Manager to build thought leadership content for executives. Engage with industry professionals, analyze performance metrics, and oversee a cross-functional team to execute social media strategies effectively. Serve as the brand's social media ambassador and participate in the Crisis Communications Team, staying ahead of social media trends to innovate our approach.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of social media experience, including 2 years developing executive thought leadership content for social media, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. 2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and social media management tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.). Experience with paid social advertising is a plus. 3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong visual and creative skills, and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (OpusClip, After Effects). 4. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and their application in social media content ideation, creation, and optimization. Experience using AI to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and accelerate content production while maintaining brand voice and quality. 5. Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Insights) to measure success and make data-driven decisions. 6. Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
