Job Description
Assist in boosting the National Council's online presence and promoting its core mission. Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to craft compelling content and enhance engagement across diverse social platforms. Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, for both the National Council and Mental Health First Aid social media channels. Source content from external accounts to share or interact with on National Council and Mental Health First Aid pages. Interact with followers of the National Council and Mental Health First Aid, promptly addressing comments and messages. Track and report on social media metrics to gauge campaign performance. Stay informed of emerging social media trends and best practices, delivering insights to improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications
1. Must be a current student (having completed at least two years of undergraduate study) or a recent graduate (within the last six months) holding a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Should possess familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices. 3. Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities. 4. Have prior experience in creating social media content, including graphics and videos. 5. Possess strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. 6. Display a passion for healthcare and advocacy. 7. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
