Social Media, Creator Partnerships Manager
Job Description
Plan and publish weekly content calendars across Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, TikTok videos, and Stories, coordinating with designers and editors as needed. Manage daily interactions on Instagram and TikTok, responding to comments, DMs, and story replies, maintaining a consistent brand voice. Track content performance and engagement metrics to optimize posting strategy and flag important feedback. Source and organize UGC content from creators, building a repeatable pipeline for both organic and paid use. Identify and research relevant influencers and creators, manage outreach, negotiate collaborations, and track relationships to align content with brand guidelines. Coordinate content usage across organic social and paid ads, maintaining an organized asset library.
Qualifications
1. Native or near-native English. 2. Provide links to 2-3 Instagram or TikTok accounts you've personally managed, with notes on your contributions and changes made. 3. Experience working with influencers or creators. 4. Strong understanding of short-form content and UGC. 5. Comfortable with daily outreach to creators. 6. Highly organized and proactive. 7. Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously (agency or freelance). 8. Experience with fashion/streetwear brands.
