Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The role involves monitoring social media channels, interacting with followers, and contributing to content planning and monthly social media calendars. The coordinator will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and research trends to refine content strategies, while collaborating with clients to align content with brand voice and goals. Supporting email marketing campaigns and digital promotions is also part of the job.

Qualifications

1. Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. 2. Strong written English communication skills. 3. Familiarity with major social media platforms as a user. 4. Creative mindset with an eye for visually appealing content. 5. Basic understanding of Canva or similar design tools (advantageous). 6. No prior professional experience required — eagerness to learn is key.
