Job Description

Join Keepit as an SMB Account Executive and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, including product demos and presentations. Actively seek new business opportunities within the SMB segment (up to 1,000 employees) and cultivate a robust pipeline. Engage directly with decision-makers to understand their specific needs and effectively position Keepit's solutions. Proactively manage and prioritize your pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis. Identify innovative ways to connect with potential clients and expand opportunities within the region. Share insights and best practices to continuously enhance the team's sales strategies.

Qualifications

1. Proven success in new business sales within the SMB segment (up to 1,000 employees). 2. Experience in sectors such as the public sector is advantageous. 3. Comprehensive understanding of B2B SaaS or IT solution sales, particularly in cloud, backup, or related technologies (preferred). 4. Ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle. 5. Proficient in building trust-based relationships with potential decision-makers. 6. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a strong hunter mentality. 7. Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. 8. Located in Brasilia.
