Job Description

Produce and optimize short-form video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Craft compelling hooks, pacing strategies, and engaging captions designed to align with platform algorithms and user behavior. Support the expansion and promotion of demand campaigns through the creation of impactful video assets suitable for both organic and paid distribution channels. Monitor video performance metrics closely and iterate content strategies based on engagement levels, retention rates, and conversion data to maximize effectiveness. Uphold a consistent visual identity and messaging framework across all video outputs to reinforce brand recognition and coherence. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Growth teams to ensure video strategy is fully aligned with broader funnel objectives, driving synergy and impact.

Qualifications

1. Possess hands-on experience in creating and optimizing short-form video content for social media platforms to drive growth and engagement. 2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of video engagement metrics, retention curves, and optimization strategies to maximize content performance. 3. Have prior experience working remotely, with fluency in tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana (or similar project management software), along with experience collaborating with US or UK-based companies; applications lacking this experience will not be considered. 4. Exhibit the ability to test, iterate, and rapidly improve content based on performance data to achieve optimal results. 5. Possess strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow.
