ServiceNow Supervisor
Job Description
Carilion Clinic is seeking a ServiceNow Supervisor to lead our platform operations. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day leadership for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing configuration, development, and integration of modules like ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, HRSD, and Knowledge Management. Ensure the platform design aligns with best practices and scalability standards. Review development work, lead CAB participation, and use ServiceNow analytics to drive continuous improvement. As an escalation point, you'll monitor incidents, ensure SLAs are met, and manage a team of ServiceNow Analysts and Developers. Responsibilities include workload distribution, performance evaluations, and enforcing ITIL best practices. Prepare executive-level reports and champion a customer-first service mindset.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree required; 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 2. Minimum of 3 years IT experience required. 3. ITIL Foundation Certification. 4. Must be analytical, dependable, and detail oriented. 5. Must possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. 6. Must demonstrate solid leadership and presentation skills. 7. Must be self-initiated with excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. 8. Must possess advanced analytical skills and knowledge of IT operations and/or client service environment.
