Job Description

As a Service Engineer, you'll deliver first-class remote technical support to customers, solving issues on Philips MR systems. Your deep technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills will ensure top-tier solutions. Responsibilities include: 1. Handling complex customer service requests, documenting details in the service management system for efficient case management. 2. Maintaining thorough records of all service activities for future reference and analysis. 3. Escalating complex issues to MR TSS or management, providing detailed troubleshooting steps. 4. Adhering to regulatory guidelines and industry standards in all support activities. 5. Developing technical skills through training and hands-on experience. 6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Managing and resolving customer issues with critical thinking and professional judgment. 8. Building productive relationships to solve mutual problems, applying knowledge of Philips products and services.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science, or equivalent technical education in biomedical technology or electronics. 2. Experience in technical support, service engineering, or field/remote service within medical imaging or complex electromechanical systems (MR experience preferred). 3. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, customer-focused communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex cases. 4. Comfortable in a regulated environment, motivated to learn, and able to collaborate in a cross-functional organization.
