Service Desk Analyst

Brazil – Remote Full-Time

Job Description

Become the first line of assistance for IT matters, expertly managing the service desk. You'll be responsible for configuring and overseeing user accounts, laptops, and printers. Administer DNS through GoDaddy and handle Zendesk campaigns. Provide support to our remote teams regarding meeting room technology. You will also troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and contribute to diverse IT projects. Grow and become proficient in our internally developed platform.

Qualifications

1. Prior experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst is valuable. 2. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365. 3. Understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and Azure AD. 4. Familiarity with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF, and Zendesk administration. 5. Superb problem-solving abilities with clear documentation skills. 6. Exceptional communication skills, including effective interaction with non-native English speakers. 7. A proactive approach, capable of identifying root causes and offering solutions. 8. Recent graduates with suitable skills and certifications are welcome to apply! 9. Microsoft and Apple certifications (preferred). 10. Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) (preferred).
