Job Description

As a Service Delivery Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all deliverables consistently meet and exceed both client expectations and internal standards. Precision is key as you execute tasks, guaranteeing reliable and error-free outcomes. You will be expected to consistently meet pre-established team deadlines. Communication will be at the forefront as you work with the COE team and account teams, ensuring clarity and accuracy in task execution. Active participation in team meetings, taking detailed notes, and providing comprehensive reports to Appcast Managers will be part of your routine. Leverage project management tools to effectively manage requests and track project progress. Accurately communicate project status to the COE and promptly address any emerging issues. Undertake any other tasks delegated by Appcast Managers.

Qualifications

1. Certification or Diploma. 2. Possess 1-year experience in a similar role. 3. Demonstrate excellent computer and administrative skills.
