Service Delivery Manager
Job Description
Assume central responsibility for customer accounts, acting as the primary contact for IT outsourcing. Align service delivery with business value and customer strategy. Implement and optimize IT operations processes. Ensure stability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of customer contracts. Maintain oversight of Incidents, Problems, and Changes. Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer solutions.
Qualifications
1. Degree in Computer Science (HF/FH) or completed IT apprenticeship with additional business/management training. 2. Several years of experience in Service Management (preferably with an IT provider). 3. Experience in project management. 4. Ability to translate IT services into business impact. 5. Experience in budget planning and forecasting. 6. Excellent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
